Decommissioned is a mask that knows what it is — retired from function, not from presence. Cast in bronze with surfaces that carry the full history of their own making: fish-scale, cross-hatch, chevron, oxidised patina sitting alongside burnished gold. Age and precision in the same object.

The grin is not a threat. It is recognition. Whatever this thing was built to do, it has outlasted the need for it — and found that outlasting, in itself, is enough.
