Shards. Blackened steel and coloured metal — gold, copper, verdigris, orange, teal — bolted and layered into a diagonal explosion across the wall. No centre of gravity. No settled composition. The piece is already moving.

Satellite panels break free upper left, left behind in the wake. Rivets hold the central mass together, just barely, the way speed holds a thing together before it doesn’t.

This is Lagos at full tilt. Sharp-edged, multi-coloured, already gone.
